De vervolgcursus bestaat uit 8 lessen van 45 minuten. De lessen hebben verschillende starttijden omdat we 4 lessen op een buitenlocatie trainen. (in het bos, op straat en in de winkelstraat.)
\nDe exacte locatie zet ik de week voor de les in de groepsapp.<\/p>\n
Les 1: zaterdag 14 november om 16:00 uur
\nLes 2: zaterdag 21 november om 16:00 uur
\nLes 1 en 2 zijn in de hal. Dan kijken we hoe het nu gaat en welke oefeningen nodig zijn om als groep veilig over straat te kunnen. Als het soepel loopt, starten we alvast met afstandscommando’s.<\/p>\n
Les 3: zaterdag 28 november om 16:15 uur
\nLes 4: zaterdag 12 december om 16:15 uur
\nLes 3 en 4 zijn in het duin\/bos. Daar trainen we focus en rust. Hierkomen en spelletjes.<\/p>\n
Les 5: zaterdag 19 december om 16:15 uur
\nLes 6: zaterdag 09 januari om 16:15 uur
\nDeze lessen zijn op straat. We trainen beheersing en veiligheid tijdens de wandeling. Leren inschatten van de trainingstijd buiten.<\/p>\n
Les 7: zaterdag 16 januari om 16:00 uur
\nLes 8: zaterdag\u00a023 januari om 16:00 uur
\nJe hebt les in de hal. We zoomen in op dingen die buiten naar boven kwamen en gaan verder met afstandscommando’s.<\/p>\n
